CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your ticket, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to the event date.

Refunds for cancelled tickets will be processed to the same mode of payment used during the booking.

Please note that while refunds are typically processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation, the actual time it takes for the refund to reflect in your bank account may vary depending on various banking processes.

NON-REFUNDABLE TICKETS

Once tickets are booked, they are non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours before the event date or in the case of a no-show.

Management will not be held responsible for any tickets that are not cancelled or utilised.

TICKET VALIDITY

Tickets are valid only for the specified event date and time mentioned at the time of booking.

TICKET TRANSFER

Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

EVENT CHANGES

In the event of any changes or cancellations to the event by the management, ticket holders will be notified accordingly, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be provided as applicable.
